Burger Buns
For 8 to 10 buns

Ingredients
• 1.1 lb of flour
• 2 tbsp of sugar
• 0.5 oz of baking yeast
• 1 oz of butter
• 1 tbsp of salt
• 5 fl.oz of lukewarm milk
• 4 fl.oz of lukewarm water
• 2 eggs
• sesame seeds
Preparation

In a glass, mix the yeast with a pinch of sugar and a little bit of warm water. Mix and let react for 5 minutes.

In a bowl, combine the flour, powdered sugar and salt.

Add the egg and mix roughly.

Add the yeast and mix.

Pour the milk in and mix.

Pour the lukewarm water gradually and mix until you get a ball of dough that stands.

Gradually add the butter and knead in order to have a smooth, non-sticky dough ball.

Cover and let rise for 1h30 in a warm place.

Degas the dough by pinching it and divide it into eight or ten dough pieces.

Place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and let rise for 45 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 355° F.

Brush the buns with an egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake for about 10 minutes at 355° F.

Let cool before cutting the rolls.
